Description

Hybrid Flex Cubicle combines the flexibility of plastic & stability of a steel structure. Suitable for all cattle types from sucklers to jersey cows.

Hybrid Flex Cubicle combines the flexibility of plastic and the stability of a steel structure.

This unique combination delivers maximum comfort for the cow without compromising the strength of the cubicle.

We bend the Plastic Pipe 180 Degrees at the end. This provides the optimum level of flexibility, whilst maintaining the strength.

Heavy-Wall Plastic Pipe reduces bruising on the animal and allows for the animals movement when entering and leaving the bed.

Our Zig-Zag Neck Rail gives each animal more space to stand, and also centres them in the bed.

Suitable for most cattle types and can be modified for jersey cows.

Option 1: Post & Rail Mounting

This mounting system uses fewer posts, which helps to speed up the process of pouring the beds.

The cubicle loop is mounted on two support rails, which are fixed to round posts every 2.5m-3m.

The steel structure allows the spacing of the cubicle to be adjusted easily and adds stability to the cubicle.

 

Option 2: Individual Post Mounting

Each loop is mounted directly on a box post.

Transport and installation are simplified as there are fewer long rails necessary.

The same mounting brackets are used for both single and double rows.
